In summer 2012 I got hired to go to Norway for a shoot of a marvelous concert hall. It is situated in Stavanger, a city close at the shore. Some people told me I was lucky since it usually rains an awful lot in Norway.
The hall was designed by RATIO arkitekter, the interior fit out was done by the German based Lindner Group, which is specialised in concert halls and unique buildings. The podia have been built by Austria based company Waagner Biro.
While doing the job I got lots of support by the Konserthus management. It was great working with them.
This concert hall is one of the finest I have ever been in. If you ever have the chance to go there, don’t hesitate!
Here you can watch a time lapse of setting up a flexible tribune (built by Waagner Biro) in the multi purpose hall.
